Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In this case, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, supplier processing times, and courier delays.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


Delays & Lost Parcels
Mountix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Mountix is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
